lots and LOTS and ... (did i say) Lots of sex before class. Or on a practical note - Eat a bowl of oatmeal - Me and my dorm-mates lived on that stuff in college. Easy to heat up water in a plug in pot. Instant oatmeal is both packed with vitamins and stuff but warming your body from the inside out will last longer. Also - most of your heat escapes from your head. So if your allowed to ... where a stocking cap. But first eat oatmeal and have sex. Best of luck

Tell your instructor (all of you that are cold) stand together. Ask if the the heat can be turned up or let all of you drink some thing hot/warm to warm up your inner core . If you get no results then you'll have to dress in layers.
Most schools are on such a tight budget they maintain a constant heat.

First cap your head! A sock cap is not glamorous, but try it. You'll be amazed. (Astronauts will tell you most heat is lost thru the scalp)

Second, sweaters or sweat shirts. Warming the trunk is next most effective (to the head) to keeping/feeling warm.

Warm those areas and your body can use its energy on keeping your feet & legs warm.

From what I have seen in young ladies they seem to dress for summer even in the depth of winter, viz; short skirts no stockings etc, answer seems to be wear wooley tights, thermal vests and lined boots , very cosy, ( I can almost hear the howls of protest) but that's life.

Flex and relax your muscles over and over. That will make your muscles have to get warm!

I can sympathize.

Wear sweaters, sweat shirts, or long underwear when you need to go to that class.

Good luck!
