Your doctor asked for an urine exam but it just will be a specialized laboratory to check the urine and not your doctor by himself, of course. If you had just ejaculated before taking the urine sample, some (died) sperm will remain and if their amount is great there will be the possibility that the laboratory records such presence and then put the information on the final result.

Maybe, if you provide the urine sample immediately after ejaculation and there was some seminal fluid remaining in your urethra when the urine specimen is collected. But, that's just a guess on my part. Is there a reason you are concerned about your physician knowing you masturbate? It's highly likely he has already made that assumption. I wouldn't worry about it, if I were you.

No. Ejaulating, and urniating are two different body functions. Urine and semen cannot be discharged from the body at the same time. WHen you are about to ejaculate when you are masturbating (or having sex) a valve in your reproductive organs will close where the urine flows to preven urine coming out so you are able to ejaculate. You have nothing to worry about.

No, unless you masterbate into the urine sample! Of course, you need to pee a time or two between the time you masterbate and give a urine sample, otherwise you may leave a bit of seminal fluid in the sample. But guys who haven;t even masterbated and just had strong sex thoughts may leak out a bit. No big issue.

Probably not. That's not what they look for anyway, so they don't care if some semen shows up in your urine specimen, which is highly unlikely, since a valve keeps you from doing both at once. Doctors don't care if your masturbate anyway.

There might be some residue (sperm) left in your urethra when you urinate. However, it shouldn't matter. Are you worried the doc might figure out that you beat off? Dude, he probably just did the same thing before you walked into his office. Don't sweat it. No big deal at all.

How would they be able to do that?! Your semen doesn't come from your bladder and your urine doesn't come from your testicles. Completely different modes of transport between the two. Unless for some reason you ejaculate into your urine sample there is no way to tell.
I'm curious as to why it would matter if they know you masturbated or not? Everyone does it even if they say they don't.

if you do it just before you give the urine sample they will be able to detect it but its not likely they will look for it or even care about.
