My boyfriend bought us tickets to see Macbeth (featuring Patrick Stewart) in London for this Wednesday. When he purchased the tickets, he arranged to pick them up at Will Call. Unfortunately he had an emergency to attend to outside of this country. He left me his credit card so I can pick up the tickets. Is this all I need or will they ask for ID, a pin #, anything else?
Thanks!

He needs to call and explain the situation to the box office. He may also need to email them from his location and provide certain undisclosed information, maybe even a copy of his ID so that you will be alowed to pick up the tickets. Make sure you get the name of the person in the box office that he dealt with and make sure that person is a box office manager. They shouldn't ask for a pin, but they may want a copy of his ID sent by him via email.

I hope you get to see the show!

Might be better to phone them up and ask. He might have to say he gives permission or something. Normally you just need the card but they might twig its a Mr on the card and your a Miss!

Well, of course you can. Theaters are in the stone age anymore.
