ha! well doesnt that depend on what you like? how about a good long walk? to somewhere you like which reminds you of something? or get lost in a book. thats the best way, in the sence you dont die, or anything=P how about write about creationism! thats a good way to 1) escape logic 2)escape reaality. only joking, i would hate to get some negative thumbs downs or anything...my favourite way would be to go deep into the countryside at night and lay out infront of the stars all night and dream of whats out there asking question taht cant be aswered and ponder about them for hours, and discover new objects and planets and stars which ive never seen before.

Arguably an effective way to so would be to indulge in any manner of recreational pharmaceutical, though I strongly recommend something of the home grown variety.
If however one is contemplating escaping from a more physical reality, then I would suggest crossing the event horizon of a black hole and exploring the quantum singularity that lies therein. I believe the popular theory is that normal space/time and the known laws of physics cease to exist at this point. Ergo reality as it currently stands within the confines of our current existence, would no longer exist.
Philosophically though, it could be argued that reality is what you make of it and that if the enormous gravitational tides of such a stellar phenomenon don't turn you into puree, whatever you perceive thereafter would be another reality. Different, but real nonetheless.

Smoke out and go exploring outside at night (if you live in a place with trees and stuff)...

Alternately, you can shun the 'smoke out' part and still have fun, but smoking (and all substance use), for me, greatly multiplies the whole 'escape from reality' effect
