Hi! I doubt you will find it. Toblerone has aggressively prosecuted (and won!) to protect its product and package design. You can find something similar that is based on a copperplate, biondi, plate gothic and tweak it (however, the 'r' remains unique) I'd be cautious if this for any commercial venture. Read:

Its probably a font that has been designed specifically for them and is not freely available.
