i really really want my nose pierced put my mom says no and i want to confinse her it would be ok

do a lot of research, and make sure you can answer any questions about it - know about any problems, and how to deal with them, the healing process, looking after it - if you can convince her you're mature enough to have it done and look after it properly she may change her mind

important - get it done by a professional piercer using a needle, and not with a gun / at the mall

I'm a mom of a 14 year old and there is no way she could ever convince me to let her get her nose pierced. Short of begging I can't help you. But that wont work either.

Remind her that it can be removed easily and nose piercings have virtually no scar afterwards. Tell her it wont affect work/school/college as you can remove it after the healing process. Also nose studs are quite small and delicate and most people dont notice them.

You mother is correct, most people loose the interest in piercing after they have it done.
There are other factors to consider, staff infection could be deadly. Bad exposed instrument can give infection or even Aid infection.
But give it a time once old enough you can do what you wish.

Personally as a guy I dont find any piercings on the face except ears attractive.
