My flat rights ??

i live in a small flat in central newcastle, the guys upstairs are always noisy in the middle of the night, do i have rights to make them stop - like noise pollution ??

Yes they shouldnt be making noise after 10PM! Call local authorities and have them politely give them a notice. If they keep disturbing you they will eventually be fined. I am sure you are not the only one feeling this way. Good luck to you :)

I know what a pain in the butt it is to have partying neighbors :P

Take your complaint to your landlord. Your landlord needs to sort this out.
