I think you're using the words "Stalker" and "Fetish" a little too lightly. Both are extremes that few people exhibit. A stalker is violent, and having a fetish for something means you can only be sexually aroused by the particular thing for which you have a fetish. Only you can answer why you have an infatuation for people who are obsessed with you, which I think you probably know, and are probably only seeking attention for your "weirdness".

You need help their listed in the phone book under Psychiatrists. Anyone that enjoys being stalked has issues that go way deeper than anyone in here is qualified to help you with.
