taking vitamins?

Is it ok to take prenatal viatmins, even if im not pregant.I heard its good for your hair and nails.

Yes, if it's ok with your doctor. I have been taking prenatal vitamins for 7 years. I started out with taking them for my hair but found that it also helped my skin and nails.

I buy my prenatal vitamins at Wal-Mart. I had checked with my doctor as well to see if it was ok for me to take the prenatal vitamins and she said it was.
