Dubai is doing awesome things right now as far as building goes. You should decide where you want to go. Have a professional resume made up, and a portofolio of things you have designed and include some of your drawings. Mention your computer skills etc. Good luck. Just thoughts of what I would do if I could draw a straight line.

Start by targeting the area in which you'd like to live, then researching the firms in which you have interest. Do whatever you have to do to get your visa to work where you want to work. When you narrow down the companies in which you have interest, send out resumes. Good luck.
