that would all depend on what state and city. supply and demand. Here on south Florida, that wouild get about $1000.00 per month

I am constantly amazed how some people still mistakenly group trailer, mobile, manufactured, and even modular homes into one category.
The amenities of manufactured home communities can often exceed an apartment complexes, and you have your own yard to use; also, often, far more square footage.
But location is everything; compare other same size rentals in your area, a year old manufactured home is very comparable....

I am in the Florida panhandle region... I have excactly what you mentioned only this mobile home is older..but well kept and maintained..plus I have almost an acre of land/yard that goes with it..I pay 750.00 A month....

i would say 750 a month plus all utilities if it is new i dont see why ppl would have a problem paying that
