I would fill it as follows, just to make the most of the available space in the bottle.
First, paper, made from the coconut leaves. On it, written in charcoal, would be written the following to the person who found it, written in the language common to the people of the nearest large mass of land to the island:
"Hello. My name is ___ ___. I am deserted on an uninhabited island near here. This is not a hoax. Please contact the police, and show them the enclosed contents with emphasis on studying them forensically for clues regarding my approximate location."
On another separately enclosed piece, I would include personal details, and anything I knew about my location, plus how long I expected to live, what plans I had for signaling a search party, and other pertinent information. I would also include half a handful of sand, half a handful of dirt, and half a handful of vaired types of identifiable objects, like unique shells, fish bones, fruit, or flowers. Finally, I would include a small amount of my skin, hair, and a piece of blood stained paper. I'd then seal it airtight with coconut fibre wrapped around a nut, and pushed into the neck, and hammered tight with a rock, then catch a large ocean fish (like Atlantic Salmon) and attach the bottle to it's dorsol fin with vine, then release it to carry my message away. The vine would degrade after a day or two, and the bottle would rise to the surface and float to land with the currents and tide to be found.

I would send it to a person who makes my day a lot happier since i ran into her. She won't show me what she looks like but i think she is pretty hot from what she says.
I love getting contacted by her though.

It would be one message to my family. That may not count since it's not one person, but if it's one message - to my husband, and two daughters.
