Just turn on the junk mails filters .. life's too short to play some-one else's game (most junk has a fake 'from' address so just forget it)

Check out the 'Blue Frog' story == the authorities don't care, the ISP's refuse to help (or actually make money out of the spammers) so the spammers win every time..

1. See if there is an unsubscribe me link at the bottom of the message and click it

2. setup mail rules to mark messages with either that subject or email address as spam and delete it or block it.

I either ignore them or use the unsubscribe link if it has one.
