My favorite food to order from McDonalds is the Big Mac. I usually order a Big Mac with Medium French Fries.

An order of super-fresh french fries. Yum! I only have them once in a while though...and I live in the Middle East, so I enjoy having a McArabia from time to time- it's a special sandwich in flat bread with garlic sauce.
