my pod casts wont go on to my ipod even when i sync it can you tell me how to do it?

Are you sure you have your podcasts checked to be synched? When you plug your iPod in, go to the top of the screen where it says "Podcasts" and check the box that says "Sync all podcasts". Then click the Apply button, and just to be safe click the Sync button after that.
