In this case both mean the same and are ok?

A: Choose the best answer for the questions.

B:Choose the best answers for the questions.

both..it differs on how you use it...in A..only 1 answers for each question...for B..more than 1 answers to each of the question...maybe there are 2 answers in a question...

They would both probably be accepted as gramatically correct by any English teacher.

B is the correct answer if there are several questions with different answers.

A makes me think that all the questions have the same answer.

"Choose the best answer for the question"

because I interpret "best" to be just one thing so it should be singular.

if you like many answers ("answers": plural), just use the sentence.

"Choose the good answers for the question"
