if your baby is thriving, content and gaining weight than you have nothing to worry about, most breastfeeding mothers worry about this, but be secure in the knowledge that almost every mother makes enough milk for her babys needs.

If your baby is content, growing and having enough wet and soiled diapers, your baby is getting enough. Do you have reason to be concerned that your baby isn't getting enough? Your body will rarely fail you when it comes to nourishing your baby. Is your baby actively swallowing while you're nursing? Can you hear him sucking and swallowing? Are you changing at least 5-6 wet diapers a day? Here's a good website for what you should look for in knowing if baby is getting enough milk

you'll know if he is getting enough milk by

***if he is emptying your breasts at most feeds
*proper feeding no more than every 2-3hours (any sooner and he might not be getting much out)
***putting on weight
*happy and contented; not crying and trying to suckle every half an hour
*sleeping well in between feeds
***regular poopy and wet nappies

Usually if bubs isn't growing well and is unhappy all the time and is not making lots of wet and dirty nappies he might not be getting enough milk.

best of luck, hope these pointers help!
