Go for the 1st laptop if you are a designer or artist (student) as the touch screen and stylus will be very helpful when you use the design or artistic software you need.
Go for the 2nd computer will be the right thing to do if you are a hardcore gamer as it has a superb graphics card, fast CPU and large hard disk space and memory.
If you are short on space or budget, care a lot about design and like the Mac OS, then the iMac will be the one for you.

Buy HP Pavilion m9070 because it has a Quad core processor, 3 GB Ram and Direct X 10 Graphic card so that you play games easily (hoping that's your Intention)and it also has a big hard drive for your needs.

#2 because of its powerful processor and graphics card.

Touchscreen is nice to have but it could tire your hands during prolonged use. It does not appear to be ergonomically safe.
