No if I would be a selector I would drop R.P.Singh and took Sehwag.

Not at all as despite his poor performance against Australia Dravid is a more dependent batsman than Sehwag. I strongly feel that Dravid should have been retained for the ODI series against Pakistan and Selectors should have told him that if he fails to perform in couple of more matches they will have no other alternative, but to drop him. That would have given dravid an opportunity to retire on his own if he was not confident to perform well, which would have been more graceful act to do in case of a man who has served Indian Cricket for the past many years.

Sehwag didn't perform well in the 20-20 cup and in the 20-20 against australia recently whereas dravid has been a class player for years. I'd take Dravid anyday.

Dravid should have been taken in the team. But in the playing XI only one of the three seniors should be played in order to give chance to the youngsters during the Pakistan series.
If Sehwag comes good,it will be good for India. But Sehwag and Gambhir should open the batting/

It is a foolish decision.I dont mind sehwag being slected because he has performed well against the Pakistanis but how can they drop Dravid? They should have dropped some other player.Sometime back Dravid was two-dimensional as he was a good wicket keeper and a batsman but suddenly as dilip vengsarkar doesnt like him has he become one-dimensional?Dravid is a far better player than vengsarkar in all departments of the game. This has happened because of jealosy.

yes, because sehwag can bat, bowls, fields well, brainy.he plays with aggression what austrailian likes.remember on99 score sehwag plays 1 ball and dravid plays 12 balls acccording to cricket analysis. he can hit sixes on 99 score.dravid is choker in finnal matches an d has poor tactics.sehwag can at all numbers.

i think sehwag is better than dravid cause sehwag plays sometimes but dravid is completely out of form so i think he should be kicked out

yah i think dravid need some rest but he will definetly bounceback.....sehwag also good player but he is not performing consistently.Selectors had choice between Badrinath or parthiv patel who were playing very well in domestic match, intead of selecting sehwag.

Sehwag deserves to be given a chance again. He is the match winner.

Well,,,,,, Dravid... I think he should quit ODIs with respect.

Dropping/Resting Dravid is ok, youngsters can get a chance to prove themselves,Iam not sure Shewag had done anything extraordinary to be recalled, he his certainly not among runs.

Suresh Raina, Badrinath & Manot Tiwary have been among runs ,they deserved a chance
