Is life really all about pleasure? What do you think?

No. For our lives to have meaning, we must have a purpose that gives us worth. For we know that things that serve no purpose have no value.

Our human nature demands that our lives are worth living:

"There is only one really serious philosophical question, and that is suicide. Deciding whether or not life is worth living is to answer the fundamental question in philosophy. All other questions follow from that." (Albert Camus, noted philosopher and writer)

Is seeking our own selfish pleasure a purpose worthy of our lives? I don't think so.

For our lives to have purpose, we must assume a God:

“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell (noted mathematician, philosopher and Nobel Laureate)

If God exists, He must have put our intense need for meaning and purpose into our human nature to point us to seek Him.

i think there is a balance to everything. So yes, life is about pleasure, but not totally. I think that sometimes you must be willing to suffer a little in order to fully appriciate the good parts.
