I think its very deep and meaningful!!(even if unintentionally so ;p)
Representative of the "digital divide".....the pain,lack of access,communication,knowledge,that minorities go through as they don't have the same privileges that we do....no access to the Internet....
Could be used for some kind of campaign to provide Internet access for the underprivileged.....
But its no Charles Dickens nor Gebran ;p
