I start my new job on Thursday so my lasy day in my current job is Wednesday
thats why I havent gone in lol

Remember that you might need to ask your current manager for a reference, so if I were you I'd ring her and tell her that either you are caught in traffic or that your car won't start and that you are currently waiting for the AA. I know that you will be leaving on Wednesday but just do things right until then

Well, I don't call my employees...if they dont show up for work, I assume they quit and I try to fill their position by the end of the day. Only 1 time did I assume wrong...she got her job back.

Maybe they wont notice youre not there?
I guess that your manager will phone about ten, I would guess that you are often late anyway so they probably dont expect you till then hehehehe

Your only ten minutes late so far so I'd give the manager about half an hour.
My manager took two days to ring me, shows how much he missed me eh!

You have up to an hour after you're supposed to start to fone in sick. I really think you should cause she could still contact your new employer & give off about you!

Being an employer myself, I would probably fire you for this.
I'd also fire the people who go on Yahoo while they are at work.
If anyone is going to get paid an hourly wage to play here, it's gonna be me!
