If you had a bad experience with their refills, was it because you tried getting a refill that wasn't on their "refillable" official list?

Our local store just started this program. Haven't tried it yet, but they advertise that it only takes a few minutes so I'm sure they're doing it in-store. Flat rate of $10 B&W, $15 color.

What I had was a different printer then the ones listed on the official list. So when I took it in to my local Walgreens they said they will refill it with an older model, and after they did still worked fine.

If they do it in-store.. Then I would have no problem with them.. I tried a month or two ago when they first opened their ink refilling business.. And got it free.. But my store doesn't do it them selfs and I got promised them back in 4 days.. It took 3 weeks to get them back.. (Maybe because of the free promotion).. But it worked.. So I'm happy..
