well, i've always had a problem with expressing myself. i was told when i was younger "life is hard and then you die". basically, suck it up and deal with it. that's one of the main issues why i have trouble talking about my emotions in my real life. yahoo answers gives me a place where i can get out my emotions in a healthy manner. but, i have a few quick fixes that i started back in high school. they aren't good for me. but, they help. they have been my primary protection mechanism. i really need to get my life together. i can't be doing this same crap much longer. i need to learn how to express myself.

I walk away and never look back
however when it comes to one certain person in my life, it would seem that I have no "self protection" anymore.
and I'm okay with that.
