I am sure there is a lot that we have not discovered, but the Bigfoot myth has a lot of hype brought about by Hollywood movies and stuff.
They said for years that the giant squid was a myth, but they have found a couple of those recently.
It's just something else that we don't have definitive proof of. I wouldn't speculate one way or the other.

Yeti: The people of Nepal call it "rakshasa" which is Sanskrit for "demon". According to them, stories of its existence date back to the 4th century BC. Yeti means "magical creature".
According to legends, there are three species: the Rimi, the Nyalmot and the Raksi-Bombo. In spite of differences in size, the species have a general resemblance. The Yeti has reddish hair, smells terrible and it is very strong. It makes an ululating, whistling sound, and is sometimes heard roaring like a lion.
The Yeti, most commonly known in the western world as the Abominable Snowman, is an apelike creature that walks on two feet, with dark shaggy hair covering its whole body except for its face. It is said to live in the Himalayan mountain range in India, Nepal, and Tibet.

yes I do. I think there's lots of unexplained and undiscovered things on this planet. People need only to have open minds to the unexplainable, paranormal, and cryptozoology. Lots of species of mammals and fish have been found, after so called "I know everything" scientists, said they didn't exist. Hate to drop the ball, but they don't know everything, contrary to the belief that the scientific world has all the answers to our existence!!

There are new species of living creatures discovered (and going extinct) every day. The possibility of a bipedal ape like creature in the Himalayas is quite distinct. It's arrogant to think we've found EVERYTHING on this little rock.
