Saw it on Television last night, and it's all the new craze in UK and Oz. It's is perfect for Seniors, very slow and not lots of movements which can damage backs, it's really nice and great music. Tried to find a site but could not. A bit like a watered down tango, but not as active.

Sounds like a great way to keep fit. I walk the goldf course but the misses needs some way to keep fit. I'll even go dancing with her.

Do you remember the "Zoot Suit" ? Panama hat, sloppy stripped suit with Loooong watch chain, and if I remember rite, saddle shoes. -- If that's where the dance came from it's probably a revision of the "Black Bottom" or "Boogie Woogie".

I saw this too, on A Current Affair, or News. At my age your memory is not all that good. Don't think hubbie will be willing to go to dance classes. I would go. Where do you hear more of this?

Sounds like fun. My body needs more fun ways to stretch and be active without causing chronic pain flare ups.
