Anonymous,
Make an appointment and have your health provider do an examination and give you a diagnosis. Without seeing it, there's no way to tell you what it could be.

you could have described how the lump is.. you can go consult a doctor if you really think its a lump.
Other scenario is, I think it's just the curvature at the sides. Male penis have different shapes. It's possible that the shape of your penis is curved on the sides. Like it's wider in the middle than the tip or the bottom. It's normal. I think you are just being conscious how your male part looks like.

When I have an erection it is hard all over. If you have it just in one area then you should see a doctor. Since the areas that fill with blood are on both sides of your penis, then both sides should be hard.

yes it is normal they are one of these three things
Pearly penile papules are raised bumps of somewhat paler color around the base of the glans and are normal.
Fordyce's spots are small, raised, yellowish-white spots 1-2 mm in diameter that may appear on the penis.
Sebaceous prominences are raised bumps similar to Fordyce's spots on the shaft of the penis, located at the sebaceous glands and are normal.

It is for me. It may just be blood vessels. If your are concerned, ask your doctor, or even the school nurse. Also, you can go to a free clinic and have them check it.

a few questions first.
Do they hurt?... if yes, see a doctor.
If they dont hurt, then it is probably the way the muscle grew. All penises are different, and some curve, are thick in some places etc. Im not gay, but i have gone through sex ed. etc. and heard all about it.

yes, i think so. i think it's actually the veins in your organ. if you don't feel anything unusual, just ignore it. however, if you really want a professional advise, try a doctor.
