what relations between them?

I don't think that either is a love interest to Alucard. Don't forget that even though Alucard is a vampire, he is THE vampire Dracula (a.k.a Alucard written backwards) meaning that he’s nobility. And for unknown reasons other than Integra's probable connection to the famous Van Helsing slaying him in OVA2; he may, as a nobleman may feel desire or a obligation to follow a strong leader, which may have crossed generations.

As for Seras, she is more like a daughter that he likes to tease and teach to become a stronger and better TRUE vampire. No real romantic vibe there either.

Alucard just sees Seras as pet / slave. Although he gave her the option to drink from his blood and thus her becoming a true vampire.
Integra and Alucard are nothing but master and servant. Alucard respects Integra just because Integra lets Alucard do what he wants and backs up his actions.

I do not believe he has any romantic feelings towards any of those women. He sees Seras as a protege and Integra as his "master".

I don't think he sees either of them in that way. Personally, (keeping in mind, I'm not exactly a hellsing expert) I think vampires are asexual. Blood seems to replace sex... But I could be very wrong.
