It depends on where you bought your computer from. You can go into the control panel and fix it yourself.
I bought mine in Virginia and then moved here and had to change the time too!!!
Good thing you noticed. I didn't and was early for my first appointment the day it changed.
I went back home, checked out my computer and knew I wasn't crazy. It took me a while to figure out why it did and actually my Son had to tell me.
I thought my computer had flipped it's lid!!!

Daylight savings time was supposed to end tonight or rather at midnight on Sunday, but it was postponed. I think it had somethng to do with BUSH and him changing daylight savings time. Most networks are on automatic pilot, where they make the change on a certain date. Some cell phones were doing the same thing.

Because your computer isn't patched - last weekend in October used to be the end of DST. If you're using Windows or Mac check Windows Update or Apple.com for DST or "daylight savings time" patches to update your operating system for the new dates.

This change affected a lot of people and a lot of servers - in corporate IT it was a mini-Y2K - and it will be interesting to see how many of them were patched properly back in March.

Please tell me this could be a shaggy dog tale, and you're actually not likely that ignorant! daytime reductions time is in straightforward terms a convenience to commerce. it truly is a length, a counting gadget, no longer having the slightest result on the actually worldwide temperature. Oh wait, enable me think of roughly this. in keeping with possibility it does. As you be attentive to, as quickly as the solar is going down, the air and the exterior of the floor start to take a seat back off. So whilst the evening rush hour occurs after sundown, possibly it grants much less better warmth, because of the fact it truly is being cooled by using the cooler air. in keeping with possibility if as a substitute of daytime reductions time, we had darkness reductions time . . . yet then the morning rush hour is likewise moved forward . . . your question is giving me a headache.

Because time has traditionally been changed the last weekend in October. For some stupid reason, this year they are doing it a week later . Your computer is set to automatically change time, and was not informed of the decision ;)

The clocks officially go back an hour at 2:00am on Sunday November 4th. (Although changing your clocks before bed will work just fine)

to anybody who is wondering about an incorrect date see this, but in 2007 it was changed:
