Have compleated all courses and done everything asked of by the court. Who do I talk to to find out answers. First time offender.

If you were convicted of sales, you are stuck. It cannot be reduced to a misdemeanor, and probation for a felony must be formal. Some straight possession offenses can be reduced to a misdemeanor, and if that is done then summary probation can be imposed.

I am surprised you did not get prop 36. If you did, you should get you case expunged at 18 months. ow if you were selling you will never get summery probation. If it was cocaine, it won't get summery probation either. Only 11377 H&S or marijane case can be reduced. See you public defender
