" My computer is broken.", My printer won't work." and "and the software that comes with (Insert device name here) sucks." are examples of how NOT to get good tech support. Phrases like these don't tell us enough to figure out what is actually wrong.
Please re-post with the name of the program you think is causing the problem, a description of your specific problem, all error messages, word for word, (if applicable) and your PC make & model, components (if applicable), and operating system used.
If your machine hasn't completely given up the ghost, reboot the darn thing FIRST, then see if you can re-create the problem, taking careful notes on everything YOU DO AND SEE on the screen along the way. Write down any and all error messages you encounter and don't leave out any of the "techno-gobbledy-goop", because that's more important than anything you can say.
Then, we can try to help.
*OPTIONAL Screen Capture*:
Even better, capture a screen shot of every error message you get. If you don't already have a favorite screen capture program (like the free MWSnap), use the “ClipBoard” in Windows:
Press the CTRL + PrtScr key (Next to F12) to capture the Desktop (ALT + PrtScr to capture the current window) to the Clipboard, then, open Programs > Accessories > Paint (or WordPad), select Edit > Paste. Then, save the file to the Desktop, with a descriptive title such as "Error Message From (Insert program name here)" and be sure to save as “.JPG” in Paint, or an “.RTF” in WordPad.
That way, you can send us links (from Flickr or Photobucket, for example) so we can see it for ourselves. A picture IS worth a 1000 words!!!
Then, we can try to help.

There problem here is your memory RAM modules. U see, i had this problem for a year, took me a lot of time to discover that a faulty RAM module bringed all this time the "blue screen of death" and "0x000...:blah blah errors. First of all download this software from here http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html, it is called Memtest, a diagnostic RAM memory tester. So use it this way: (i don't know how many memory modules u have in the pc slots) but, turn off pc, remove all the ram mmodules from the mainboard slots, to start your pc in Windows xp u need minimum 64 MB of ram, it easy, insert only one module in a slot, open the pc, run windows open memtest exe and start a test (10 minutes /per module). Test ONLY ONE module separate not together in order to see which of the module is damaged. If the program says that u have a FAULTY RAM, remove it and DO NOT USE it again, but replace it with a new one. Okay enough with talkin', now get busy. Good Luck ;)

Go bland. Plain, uncomplicated, unseasoned food such as prepared chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious your palette will tire of these individuals quickly, unlike salty moreish refined food, which keeps you snacking and piling about the pounds.

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than people who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Of course, the 70s diet still keeps sway. Low calorie, high fibre celery will get rid of you snacking, and contains high levels of calcium which help to reduce the fat content in additional foods. Tip: Eat braised celery with roast chicken to negate your bird’s calorie content.
