My wife hasn't smiled at me since about early August. She says it's stress but I don't know. When I asked her why she won't smile she can't come up with an answer. What can a guy do?

Hold her, kiss her on the cheek and gently ask her to talk to you. You may not be able to solve the issue, but as her husband she needs to know that you will listen.

Do something special and out of the ordinary. Let her know that you love her and will be there for her no matter what. You sound like a good caring guy, so let her see that big time. If this doesn't help, then you need to get her some help to find out why she is so unhappy. Good Luck!

She may be depressed. You should encourage her to go to counseling. It may or may not have something to do with your marriage. the only way to know why she is so depressed is to get he the help she needs. Good Luck
