My little sis was around 10 at the time, along w/her friend Debbie.
I was taking photos [of the tree's--you know how some 'look like parks' besides the headstones] anyway it was autumn, and at the time was a senior in HS.
So my Mother took us there for creepy creeps while I took snapshots of the lake,tree's--it was for a photography class.

While I was doing this,my sister and Debbie STOOD over a plot. They were just looking around, however this one particuliar place they stood on [where someone was buried]--they got scared, kinda laughed nervously because they claimed they each "got tingles in their feet and LEGS" where they were standing?!
WHAT exactly do u suppose actually happened to them?
how do you explain this?
have u heard of this b4?

the tingles you talk of, ive had happen to me, when a spirit was making contact with me....its happened quite a few times...the tingling sensation is quite strong in parts of your body...ive never heard of it happening from standing on someones grave, but then why not...if its the same feeling of tingles, its quite a different sensation, and you know straight away something is happening out of the ordinary........yes the answer above is quite correct.....spirit touching you gives those tingles...(not goosebumps)

Could have been a metal casket. Cemeteries tend to mave a soil problem in order to keep them looking good(the american dream...to look good even after you die) and somettimes these chemicals can react with metals. the first question you should ask is how old was the plot. If it was old then it wouldnt have been encased inconcrete and metal exposed to chemials such as nitrates and give an electrical charge...hence the tingles..also they were probably freaked out so that adreniline could react with the sensations they were feeling. Electrical charges are quite often associatied with "ghosts" cause the charges just give you a creepy feeling(thank you ghost hunters)

ITA that chances are they were grounding their energies. My feet get hot when that happens. Cause I do get tingles when a spirit touches me, but it's an isolate touch (such as on the eblow), and a spirit isn't going to reach up through a grave to touch you, which is kind of what I think you're thinking. They're in spirit, they'd be more standing beside you, touching an arm or a shoulder. And again, it's going to be an isolated tingle. I only get full body tingles like that when all my chakras are opening together, and it sounds like their base chakra and the chakra in their feet were opening. It feels weird, but it's harmless.

Hello Elections

Sounds like one of two things ~

1. Your energies where grounding.

Our spiritual body, or subtle energy system has chakras. The ones in the feet ground us to the earth.

When we are outside, in a natural spot this is not uncommon, especially as you where focused on spirit at the time ~ you was simply getting a sence of that link. It can also feel like a pulling sensation in some.

A very natural thing to happen ~ you was just open enough at that time to be aware of it.

2. As this was a joint experience, you may even have been standing over one of the earth energy points or laylines.

This way a serge of energy would be felt by all open enough to again be aware.

In Peace

Pam

What the heck? This is a lot of story for nothing.
They had the imaginations of typical 10 year old girls is all.
I thought you were gonna say you took a picture and there was a guy crawling out of the grave or something, lol.

I believe that due to the suggestibility of a place like a cemetery you can convince yourself to feel any number of sensations. Please note your mother took you there to spook you and you got spooked.

Those who comment about grounding energies appear to know nothing about energy. I would recommend you disregard people's advice when they clearly know nothing about which they speak.

Physical symptoms are very common when one is scared. It's absolutley normal for nervousness to cause all kinds of sensations.
