Cut VGA Cable, What wire goes where?

Question

Here i got a picture of a Cut VGA Cable, Tell me what wire goes where? It is hard wired in the back of the NEC MultiSync FE700+ monitor. I still have the Other side of the cut VGA cable but the VGA connector is focked. Using it for the XBox 360 with the VGA/AV Cable. I like this Monitor and I'm not going to toss it just because the VGA connector.

Both of the links above are outdated. One will short out your PC.

The coax wires are R G B video signals, and returns on the shields.
Signal Return
Red 1 6
Green 2 7
Blue 3 8

As for the others, there is no defined colour coordination for the cables. You will need to use a DVM to work out the connections from the other end of the cable. Hopefully the connector is not too destroyed to be able to do this.
