i find it really hard sometimes.... there is so much love that i have ro him, and i feel that sometimes i cant show all of it and it makes me sad

I do a lot actually, and I hate it. I think it's mostly out of fear. I worry how people will react to how I really feel, so I hide them. I'll act happy even if I'm not. Or, like with my boyfriend, I worry if I show how much I really like him, it will scare him away.

All the time. I'm not a very open book, eve with people whom I've known for a very long time. It's a defense mechanism for me. But I would love to be able to let people know how I really feel sometimes.

i always do this. i guess it's because im ashamed of them. for instance, my family whom i havent seen for 2 months came to see me for 1 day only and when it was time for them to go home, i got really sad. i tried not to let them see, but when my mother hugged me, i just busted out crying hysterically. i didnt want them to see, but it was way too late. but most of the time, i hide my sadness and the fact that i have a crush on someone very well and too often. i shouldnt bottle up the feelings though

well im not really having a hard time to show my feelings since people can easily tell how i feel by just looking at me in the eyes....

I always show my feelings. How are people to know otherwise. There isn't anything wrong with showing your feelings. I'm pretty content in my life wright now so I have no problem showing my feelings. It helps my 4yr old as he is always asking "why are you so happy"?.

Fear of rejection keeps me from letting me show my feelings to someone even if it's someone I truly care about, fear of getting hurt again also keeps me from stepping forward!!

rarely for any length of time, I have learnt to express my feelings no matter what the cost. I think that is why I am so content in life...
