First out, "what's" is the wrong word to use for the structure of your sentence. "What" would be the proper word, and yes it makes a difference because what you say, and how you say it either makes you look intelligent, or unintelligent. If you don't care how you are perceived, then by all means, destroy the language to your hearts content.
The vehicle of my dreams has yet to reach common production. It would also require engineering developments that have not yet been made, or at least are not in common use. My "car" would be able to fly. 0 to 600 mph in 5 seconds or less, vertical take off, vertical landing.

Lightweight solar powered vehicles running on old railroad rights of way. It would give you a private vehicle to travel cross country. Rent for onw-way trips as part of a national system.
