Sounds like a Plan to me... -But how many of us REALLY want to own up to THAT amount of Responsibility? Not enough, I'm afraid- never Enough... :(

I also believe that we are 100% responsible for our good and bad action, even tough people will try to excuse themselves by saying that influence plays a part in our decisions trying to put the blame on influence not realizing that fluence is only a factor towards where we still have to make a decision as to whether we'll yield or go along with the suggestion of influence which I will call temptation or not.

Yes but the problem is with our human capacity for self justification. Without a fixed reference for good and evil, we will adjust the reference until we fit. That is why even criminals plotting their next crime think themselves to be basically good.
Our first responsibility is to place our actions under the scrutiny of a moral authority. That can only be God. No one who is a moral authority unto themselves can ever be an impartial judge of their own actions.

people are individuals and as such we have the right of choice... we indeed being individuals are responsible for our own actions...we can't blame other's for what we do
.now there is a side of that tho however that be an exception.....when another actions cause us to react.. either as protection of other reasons or if we are made by physical force to do something.

You're right in a sense. Everyone has a choice, that's true. But how do you define "goodness" or "badness?" Would you lie to save a life? Would you kill to save others? Do the ends justify the means?
