Ants can climb up on your head, but they cant live on it because they live in colonies, and i doubt that a colony can live in a persons head without the person getting suspicious...

thats a scary thought, I hope not... although i heard ameibas can live and feed of your brain but for some reason I'm not as wierded out by that.

No it cant live.
Can live only if it falls accidently, that too for short time, until it finds its way.
