swimming is excellent exercise
it involves the whole body and is low impact
you will end up being slimmer and sexier

Swimming is a great way to get exercise. There is no trauma on the body because you are in the water. (no pounding the ground like in running)

Good exercise but if it's raining, go running instead or hit the local gym for a pool.

It's great for leg and arm muscles. Also, it's fun as hell. My record for swimming in water is probably about six hours. On average i swim for about four though.

very good, works so many of your muscles and it's easy on your body and joints, not all the pounding you get with running and aerobics. Plus it's fun, does not seem like you are excercising.
