what i mean is that the kids i work with are all around 14 to 16 and he will get right up in their faces and tell them they are f####ing idiots and threaten them with their jobs if they say anything he just says they are liars and on the cameras there is nop money missing or anythig he just times what they are doing and swears at them saying he pays them to work faster

An abusive boss could be charged with harassment in the workplace if you file a complaint to the management.

What do you mean by abuse? I've had bosses who swear, it's a free country even if it seems unprofessional. If your boss wants to put video cameras in the office, I don't see a problem with that if you are aware of it. Certainly that is common in retail establishments

I think that your boss can say that they have watched you on a security camera, but the swearing and abuse is an absolute no no!

it's certainly not right for him to be speaking to his employers this way,is that on camera i wonder? you could try this new workforce place as he really can't treat you's in such a way!
