To desertviking_00- The Duke Lacross team were victims of an over zelous prosecuter who hid evidence that would have cleared the names of those accused...Thats not illegal???Sounds to me like their rights were violated and the ACLU looked the other way,but wont shut up about the rights of pedaphiles, illegal aliens and the Jena 6

I do not like the ACLU and I wish that they never existed. They should not even be here in America with siding with the enemy. They should all be arrested. They defend the enemy and are anti-America, anti-God, anti-Family, anti-War....the list goes on and on. I spit on them!

I clicked on nearly every link and they were all broken so I cannot comment on your evidence. I find the ACLU a little bit annoying from time to time but I'm glad they exist. They didn't get involved with the Duke team because that had nothing to do with constitutional rights. It doesn't surprise me that they have defended groups like Neo-Nazis from time to time because I'm sure that since those groups have such a hated philosophy they have been refused their rights. No matter what you believe you have a right to believe it in America. When you give people the freedom to believe and say as they wish sometimes they believe things you don't and say things you don't like but you just have to live with it. The ACLU makes sure we remember that.

The ACLU is engaged in defending the first ten amendments to the Constitution. Since it does not appear that any of those rights were violated in dealing with the accused men in the Duke Lacrosse team case, there was no need for the ACLU to get involved. But, in many of the other cases you cited, there are hints of illegal search and seizure and interfering with the right of assembly and free speech.
