Cons = Very Hot summers, little greenery, lots of traffic, Big City (more crime).

Pros = Super Bowl in 2008, Perfect winters, affordable housing/rent, plenty of jobs, lots to do (Night Life, Concerts, Restaurants, Sports Arenas etc.), not too far from CA, Las Vegas, Mexico and the Northern cool country, Near by lakes and rivers, Plenty of hiking trails, Gang activity isn't as bad as other big West Coast cities and Hot Women wearing very little in the summer.

This goes for Phoenix, not all of AZ. Northern AZ is cool and green in most areas.

I don't know where Greasy moved here from, but the cost of living here is HIGH, it is not cheap, unless you're moving here from New York or San Fran.

Cons: Very hot, 115-120 degrees. Very crowded, everyone and their cousin is moving here. High crime, cops get shot every day, lots of shootings, sex assaults, child rapists, illegals everywhere, etc. Houses are all built 6 inches away from each other. Traffic is terrible, bad drivers.

Pros: Nice weather in the winter.
