I know that the bending with knees is suppsed to be better, but it hurts me too much. Im now 30 weeks and have not had any problems with bending over and stooping, it makes me more comfortable and hasnt hurt the baby.

Nope. I have a toddler and I'm 15 weeks pregnant. I have to pick her up a lot and bend over and stoop next to her. It's all okay.

Every woman is different, so this is totally up to your doctor to decide. Tell him any symptoms or pain that you have, and let him know all your past medical history. My friend worked in a warehouse, bending and lifting, until her due date. I, on the other hand, was put on bed rest before I was even 8 weeks pregnant!

Most likely, you will get the green light to go about most of your normal activities, but you should always check with an expert first. Congratulations!

No, not at all. Remember your child is protected inside your uterus. So bending over will not hurt. Later on in your pregnancy might be harder to stoop down due to it being uncomfortabel but it will not hurt the baby a bit.

No not at all, I was still bending over right near the end it is more uncomfortable for you when the baby gets bigger and you will find that it is too hard to do a lot of different things

no it can't and neither can reaching above your head. There are several old wives tales out there, but feel free to bend all you want, just be careful as the stress on your back will hurt you.

Nope. I know a lady who was 9 months pregnant, and was doing backbends (She was a professionally trained yogi of course) just 4 days before she gave birth. Also, at my Martial arts studio we have people who still practice with us! They just don't do contact sports of course.

Not at all. In fact, I was even doing a high impact aerobic class when first pregnant and was assured by my ob-gyn that was perfectly fine. I quit the class because I lost all my energy but that's another story. :)

not at all. It is very well protected. It won't even hurt it when you are 40 weeks along, although YOU are a different matter at that point!!!

Of course not!
At the point where it would hurt the baby, you won't be able to anymore.
