I accdently deleted some voice file in IM how can i retrive the file back I restored my comp to the saterday 27 the was not working some can help me to how i get them back thanks

Check your Recycle Bin.

If it's not there, Google for:

Which IM software are you using? such as Yahoo Messenger, AIM, MSN Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ, Skype, etc.
