I just finished the dark colored week of birth control pills (where I get my period), and since they're techincally "sugar pills", am I still protected from pregnancy if I have been taking the pills regularly?

I know its always possible to get pregnant, but is there a greater chance than when on the "Active" pills?

You are equally protected throughout the pack of pills, including the week of inactive pills.

You can get pregnant at any time, on the dark ones, on the active ones, etc...

You have a 1% chance of pregnancy no matter which pill you take.
