following on from Geomatic7000 answer, furthest from a seafloor spreading center is the trenches where the seafloor is being subducted under a continental plate. Specifically, the Izu-Bonin-Mariana (IBM) arc system is thought to be the oldest.

Hardly. The ocean floor is constantly (geologically speaking) recycling and re-emerging as new rock. The oldest rocks on Earth are in the Canadian Shield.

To find the oldest one of oceanic origin you would need to get one as far away from a spreading center as possible.
