Is there any astronomical things that will happen?..like changes of gravity or etc?..or it will affect the sun?..
and by our study, what things occur during a galactic alignment?..

An "alignment" usually means that most planets in our solar system are on one side of the sun. They line up in a straight line with astronomical rarity (I use that adjective deliberately). Even so, nothing will happen, as the mass of the solar system is predominantly in the sun and tidal effects won't have much effect. Also, because of size and/or distance, the earth won't be affected to any noticeable degree. So what will happen? Depending on the day of the week, I will either get up early or sleep in.

Galactic alignment?
I know you're not speaking of a planetary alignment. We had a supposed "big one" in 2000 and (as we physicists keep telling people) this had no affect on the earth noticeable by our naked senses. The gravitational effect of other planets upon the earth is so small as to be wholly insignificant to life on our planet. The moon, each day, has a *far* more significant gravitational effect on the earth than all of the other planets put together - and the change in that gravitational effect on any particular point on the earth changes *tremendously* (compared to the effect of a planetary alignment) over *every* 24-hour period.
The next truly significant *planetary* alignment (from an astrological point of view) is 2040

21 December 2012 will be the approximate summer solstice in the southern hemisphere. There will be a couple of shopping days till Christmas and the shop assistants around the world will be being driven crazy by Christmas carols while the shops will be full of last minute buyers. As usual.

The term "galactic alignment" makes no sense. It's meaningless. There is no such thing.
But you can buy their videos and subscribe to their documentaries if you want. It's good for the economy, at least.
