No, you set your clocks back one hour on Sunday, Nov. 4th or do it before you go to bed the night before. From now on, DST time will begin the second Sunday in March & will end on the first Sunday in November, due to the Energy Policy Act President George W. Bush signed in 2005.

The Energy Conservation Act of 2005 changed the dates. Remember all the fuss in the spring, where people said it was too early. Trying to save energy man, get with the program.

I would say yes, in aussie, we just changed our clocks forward an hour on the 28th.
It is apparently getting changed. Next year it would normally go back in march, and it is being extended to May ( i know thats in australia, i have no idea about the rest of the world sorry)
