I'm glad they won for only one reason. Maybe now I can go back to watching the regular Sunday night line up on Fox.

For Michael R: Don't you appreciate the opportunity to score 2 points easy? I'm just curious how many people care; whether baseball is still "America's Pastime." My favorite team is the Cincinnati Reds, and as you can imagine, I haven't been able to get excited about baseball for a long time.

Congrats Red Sox! I am very proud of My Rockies! First time in the WS! They had a great season! Sweep The Phillies and The D-Backs! The Red Sox were on fire! and after that 8 day layoff for the Rox I felt they just kind of gave up! :(
I was happy that everybody in Coors Field was Yelling Go Red Sox after the Game! Good Sportsmanship! Unlike the D-Backs! lol
Congrats Red Sox! And Great post season Rox!
Denver is a Great place to have a WS! and Were hopefully going to have a NBA Finals this year here too! and Hopefully the Nuggets are going to come up on top! their season starts in a few days!! :)

The World Series was playing?? Hmmm. Who else was playing? Did they win 4 straight or did it go to 7 games? I was hoping your question would tell me all those answers so I can act like I was "in" on all the "important" stuff, and like I gave a sheeiiitttttttttttttttt!! Well, at least I know it's still going on. Now that the baseball stuff is over, is there another sport going to soak up all the viewing time with all it's bullsheeeiiiiiiittttttttttttttttttt?? Oh, it's all about brainless jocks jiggling and boasting and bragging over some rediculous "achievement" on "the field". Oh well, thanks for the "heads-up". God Bless you.

No. There are millions of people dying in poverty all over the world, thousands more people fighting each other over religion and skin color, and hundreds of corrupt politicians making billions of dollars off harming other people. And even when I do want to take a break from worrying about that and have some fun, playing computer games is way more interactive and entertaining than watching OTHER people run around on grassy field.

Actually, I am glad. For more reasons than for just the sports aspect. I actually ask people whom I want to avoid answering their line of questioning " How about those Red Sox?" Now they will know and respond instead of saying huh?

Nope. When I had basic TV, I hated that crap too. I would turn to watch the simpsons or the news and WHAM, dumbarse baseball.
