After I have sexual intercourse my anus starts to ache, its like a throbbing pain from inside, I go for about an hour flat out, my member stays hard a long time, is that why? I have to take a pain killer to relieve the ache, it's only after I have a long hard-on when it happens, who can help me?

I suspect the vigorous activity pushes on your prostate, or you are simply over-working the muscles under the scrotum.

See a urologist. It is probably nothing, but prostate cancer is the silent killer because men don't like going in for the exam. Suck it up and go get checked out.
